August 16, 2008 RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
6:30 a.m.		On-site registration begins. Bib number and T-shirt pickup begins for mail-in and online registrants
8:00 a.m.		Covey Run 10K Race starts (open to adults ages 21 and older)
8:15 a.m.		Talking Rain 5K Run and Walk starts (open to all ages)
9:00 a.m.		Post event festival area opens in the grassy bowl at the Redhook Ale Brewery. Grape stomping, kids activities, great food, beverages, music and more!
9:20	a.m.	Kids Dash
9:30 a.m.		Awards Ceremony
11:00 a.m.		Post-event area closes

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female finishers based on race time.

1st: Overnight accommodations & dinner for two at local hotel and restaurant
2nd: Brooks running shoes
3rd:  Brooks fitness apparel

Prizes will also be awarded to the top male and female of each age category in both the 10K and 5K event.

Bib Number Drawing for Holland America Cruise: All adult runners (18 and over) will be entered in a bib number drawing to win a 7 day cruise for two on Holland America to either Mexico or the Caribbean! Plus, additional bib drawings for fantastic restaurants, shops and more!

Restrictions: No dogs allowed on the course. Child strollers welcome. Please no roller blades, scooters or bikes on the course.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Entry Fee:
$25 if you pre-register by August 11, 2008
$30 day of race registration

The Kids Dash is open to kids 14 years and younger and registration is not necessary. T-shirts and timing chips are not provided for the Kids Dash.

Results: Results will be posted 24 hours after the race.

Course Certification - Both the 5K and 10K courses are USTAF certified.

Timing: All events are timed with Winning Time Chip Technology.  Your chip must be worn on your ankle during the event, or your results will not be recorded. There is no additional fee for use of the chip. You must turn in your chip when you finish. If chips are not returned, you will be charged a $30 replacement fee.
