Entry Fees:

10K Run: $30 (April 1-30), $40 (May 1- August 16), $45 Day of Race

5K Walk/Run: $25 (April 1-30), $35 (May 1 - August 16), $40 Day of Race

Kids' Dash: 12 & under FREE, registration is required (timing chip & t-shirt not included) 

Note:  Refunds for registration cancellation or modifications cannot be issued. 

Timing:

All events are timed with IPICO Sports technology.  Your chip must be worn on your shoe during the event, or your results will not be recorded.  There is no additional fee for use of the chip.  You must turn in your chip when you finish.  If chips are not returned, you will be charged a $30 replacement fee.

Beneficiary:

Proceeds benefit uncompensated care at Seattle Children’s Hospital which ensures quality care to all children in the Northwest, regardless of their ability to pay.  The need for uncompensated care is estimated to be more than $120 million this year.  Of the 100,000 patients treated at Children’s each year, 65% need financial assistance.

7:00AM:   Onsite registration & bib pickup

8:30AM:   10K Run starts

8:45AM:  5K Run/Walk starts

9:45AM:   Kids Dash

10:00 AM:  Awards Ceremony & Race Festival

11:30 AM:   Post event Festival ends

Amenities:

Two water stations on the 10K course, one on the 5K course.  Additional beverages, food and medical care available.  Gear check will be available.

Safety Restrictions:

Dogs are not allowed on the course.  Strollers are permitted on the 5K. Strollers are not permitted on the 10K course.
