Have great fun! Join with family, friends and/or co-workers to form a team. With the funds that your team collects, you will be helping support uncompensated care at Children’s Hospital. Teams are powerful fundraisers.

Steps to form a team:

• Choose a team captain.
• Have captain register online or by mail and identify him/herself as the team  captain and create the team name.  If you register online, be sure to note your team name, exactly as it is spelled by your team captain.
• All other team participants need to indicate team name on registration form (mail in) or register online and enter team name.
• Team captains can request a current team roster by emailing registrar at pdqemail@aol.com. Please allow a few days turnaround time. 
• Please allow for data entry delay for mail in registrations.
